Since my childhood I had a thing for engineering and I always wanted to be an Engineer, but the faith had decided something else for me. Anyways, I am not going to blame my faith for this because I love what I am today, I was a deep art admirer too and had good drawing skills while I was in school but I never realized that time that I could be an artist but later time made me realize it

I still love engineering and always keen to read and know about new inventions that guys come up with. Let it be electronic engineering or mechanical. If I had become an engineer instead of a designer then this is what I had been working on:

1- A vehicle that can be used as car and can also be converted into a bike whenever needed. It will certainly help a lot in traffic jams and parking.

2- A mobile phone that doesn’t need charger; instead, movement can keep it charged, like in the old watches. I remember my mother used to wear a watch which didn’t had any cells/batteries in it, she always set the time and wear it, it automatically starts ticking using the movement of hand.

Last night I received a text message on the subject of “World Superb General Knowledge”. I found it very interesting and went ahead to find the authenticity whether its true or not. I was able to find only a few of them to be true, while other things were not authentic (or atleast I didn’t find any source of it)

Snakes can live as long as 22 months without eating anything

I knew that Snakes can live for months without eating anything but found it very intriguing that one of the breeds ie. Ball Python, is believed to live for more than 22 months without eating anything.

It rains the whole year in Singapore

Singapore has no distinctive seasons (wet or dry) because it rains all 12 months. The only difference is the humidity and temperature.

Falcon can fly at the top speed of 200mph

Falcons are the fastest flying birds in the world and Peregrine Falcon tops with the highest speed of 200mph which is 322kph.

Kidney cleans out 500 gallons of blood each day

Kidney plays a very important part in a human body and a normal person’s Kidney cleans out 400-500 gallons of blood every day. WOW! That’s a heck of a job!

These were the only ones which I found to be true. Below are some more which I have no idea whether its true or not. Here they are:
- In Japan they teach students to write with both hands
- Rabbit never closes its eyes
- You cannot see pure diamond in water. It disappears

One of my friend recently shared a video which shows a man getting ready for the office which includes making breakfast, tea, washing teeths, and  changing cloths.  It was shown in a Japanese TV show.

If you get to learn these techniques then it will spare you plenty of time to sleep in the morning before waking up for the office :). Enjoy!

I usually don’t write too much posts but still my blog is flooded with spam messages/comments. I had to manually delete each spam comment every morning until I got the Wordpress plugin which does this job for me. Its Akismet Spam Blocking plugin. I just noticed that it has blocked over 12,900 spam messages since I installed it. As far as I remember, I installed it in the starting of 2008. So, its doing pretty good job for me.
